We are skilled artisans (karigars) with over 130 years of experience, having woven sarees for four generations in our factory. We create luxurious designs and supply them to wholesalers. Now, we are selling directly from the karigar to the customer, eliminating extra costs for showrooms or model suits. This enables us to offer our sarees at the best price.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and delivered within 4-6 business days.
- We use Express courier for all domestic orders to ensure fast delivery.
- For Express shipping, orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 3-4 business days.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and delivered within 8-10 business days.
- We use air shipping for international orders to ensure prompt delivery.
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Damaged products can be returned within the same timeframe. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item.
- Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Ready Sarees (Normal Sarees):
- Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for ready sarees.
- Delivery: The saree will be shipped, and payment can be made at the time of delivery.
- Preorder Sarees:
- Full Payment: For preorder sarees, full payment is required upfront before the saree is shipped.
- Installment Option: Alternatively, you can pay 20% of the total amount when placing the order, and the remaining 80% will be due after the saree is delivered.
Example of Terms:
- For Ready Sarees: "Cash on Delivery (COD) available."
- For Preorder Sarees: "Full payment required for preorder sarees. Alternatively, you can pay 20% on order placement and the remaining 80% after delivery."

Please note that some of our items are made to order and may not be ready for immediate dispatch. For dyeable products, the process of weaving, dyeing, and polishing can take 6-10 days to complete.
